Q: How do I get an appointment?
A: To schedule a follow up appointment, please
call our office (Manassas, 703-369-5959 and Warrenton 540-347-9898). New
patients should be referred by their primary care physicians.
Q: What do I do if I need medical help after
hours?
A: If you need to reach a physician after
regular office hours, please call the office number (Manassas,
703-369-5959 or Warrenton 540-347-9898). Our answering service
will ask some pertinent questions and will then contact the physician
on call. You will hear back from the on call physician within a short
time. As with any life threatening medical emergency, you should dial 911 or go to your local emergency room.
Q: What insurance companies do we accept?
A: We participate with most all managed care
plans. Most plans have a co-pay and we aks that amount be paid at the
time of service. We also ask the patient to provide us with a written
referral should your insurance company require one. We accept Medicare
assignment and also participate in the Virginia Medicaid program.
Q: How do I get a written referral?
A: Your primary care physician office is
the resource to issue any referrals you should need. Most of the primary
care offices request at least 48 hours to prepare your referral.
Q: What services do we provide?
A: We are a full service cardiology office.
We provide complete cardiac evaluations as well as a full range of diagnostic
testing. These include stress testing, ultrasound, rhythm and blood pressure
monitoring as well as invasive testing such as cardiac catheterizations.

Q: How do I get a refill of my medications?
A: When you need to get a refill on a medications,
please call the pharmacy of your choice. Give them the needed information
about your prescription and the pharmacy will then contact us for approval.
If you use a mail away pharmacy, please call the office and leave the
needed information with the operator. Our usual turnaround time is 24
hours.
Q: How do I get my records copied or transferred?
A: If you need to have your records copied,
you must sign a release form. Once a release has been signed, the request
is handled through our medical records copying department. Requests are
usually honored within 14 days. Special arrangements can be made if an
urgent situation arises. There is a fee involved for having records copied.
Q: What are your billing procedures?
A: We ask all patients to come to our office
prepared to show their current insurance ID card, pay their co-pay, and to make any necessary
payments at the time of service. We encourage all patient to understand
their insurance coverage. We will file all primary and secondary insurance
claims for our patients.
Patient statements are sent monthly. Statements
are not generated until your insurance company(ies) has processed the
claim(s) submitted. We accept cash, personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, and American
Express as payment.
