About Dr. Maranian
Dr. Maranian served at Wilford Hall directing the pacemaker and lipid clinics, as well as training fellows in cardiac catheterization and pacemaker implantation. He deployed twice to Iraq, in 2003, and in 2006 as a critical care air transport team physician.
Dr. Maranian separated from the Air Force to join Prince William Cardiology Associates in 2007 after fourteen years of service. He has received many awards and honors including the Global War on Terrorism Expeditiary Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.He also serves on the Medication Management Performance Improvement Committee at Prince William Hospital and the Quality Control Committee at Fauquier Hospital.
Dr. Maranian and his wife, Robin, have two children – Elizabeth and Peter. His interests include music, history and Boston sports teams.
